The iPod Nano has also teamed up with Nike to provide runners with a detailed log of their workouts. The
iPod+Nike Sport Kit allows your iPod Nano to work together with specially designed Nike shoes to track your
running. Speed, distance, time and calories burned are all tracked by your Nano. You can then base the length
of your workout on any of the previously mentioned settings.
You can set your playlist and even program in a "power song" when you need a boost in the middle of your run.
After your run, you can download your run stats onto your computer and compare how you have done against past
runs. You can even compare your run times, distances, etc to others from around the world via the internet.
